Ouch Classic Metal Cuffs Purple Restraints

Classic Restraint with a Playful Edge

These Classic Metal Cuffs deliver dependable restraint in a distinctive purple finish that stands out from standard chrome handcuffs. The metal construction provides genuine security, while the colored coating adds visual appeal and a layer of comfort against bare skin. Designed for both newcomers to restraint play and experienced users who appreciate reliable hardware, these cuffs balance functional performance with accessible style.

The locking mechanism operates with a standard ratchet system that tightens incrementally, allowing you to adjust the fit precisely. A quick-release button on each cuff provides an immediate safety exit—simply press to unlock without needing the key. This dual-release design ensures you're never truly stuck, addressing a common concern for those new to metal restraints.

Construction and Materials

Built from metal with a purple powder-coated finish, these cuffs resist moisture and maintain their appearance through regular use. The coating is phthalate-free and adds a slight cushioning effect compared to bare metal, though these remain proper metal restraints rather than cushioned fashion cuffs. At 55 grams, they're lightweight enough for extended wear without the bulk of heavy-duty police-style handcuffs.

Each cuff features a double-locking mechanism that prevents over-tightening once engaged—an important safety feature that stops the ratchet from continuing to close during movement. Two keys are included with the set.

Practical Performance

The 5 cm inner diameter accommodates most wrist sizes comfortably when fully open, with the ratchet allowing you to close down to a secure fit. The connecting chain provides enough length for comfortable positioning while maintaining control. The waterproof construction means cleanup is straightforward—simply wipe down after use and ensure they're dry before storage to maintain the finish.

The quick-release button functions independently of the key, making these suitable for solo exploration or scenarios where immediate release might be necessary. Always test the release mechanism before use to familiarize yourself with its operation.
