Shipping policy

Adult Stuff Warehouse ships regionally to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Our fulfilment network is located in:

  • Australia and New Zealand: Orders are shipped from within Australia
  • United States: Orders are shipped from within the United States
  • United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom

Free Shipping

Free discreet shipping is available on eligible orders meeting the following thresholds:

  • Australia: orders over $99 AUD
  • New Zealand: orders over $99 NZD
  • United States: orders over $59 USD
  • United Kingdom: orders over £29

Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and is subject to the following conditions:

  • Free shipping is available on standard shipping rates up to a maximum value determined by your order total — if your order's shipping rate exceeds the limit for your spend threshold, standard shipping charges will apply.
  • Some oversized or heavy items may not qualify for free shipping regardless of order value.
  • Orders fulfilled from multiple locations (split shipments) may not qualify — shipping charges will be shown at checkout where applicable.
  • Free shipping is available on eligible products only — some product categories or specific items may be excluded.

Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to ensure the fastest fulfilment.

Unclaimed Parcels and Return to Sender

If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to our fulfilment centre. For information on how these cases are handled, including applicable refunds and fees, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Delivery Security

To help protect our customers and prevent unauthorised use of payment details, some orders may require a signature on delivery or additional verification before dispatch. High-value first-time orders are not eligible for "Authority to Leave." Once an order has been verified and delivered successfully, future purchases may be eligible for unattended delivery at the customer's request.

Express Shipping

Express shipping includes both priority processing by our fulfilment team and fast-tracked carrier delivery (where available in your region). Orders placed before 1pm are usually shipped the same day; orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, will ship the following business day.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order, as it cannot be changed once payment has been made. If you notice an error after your order has been placed, you may be able to contact your shipping carrier directly once you have received your tracking number, as many carriers offer the option to redirect a parcel. Adult Stuff Warehouse is not responsible for delivery outcomes resulting from a carrier redirect requested by the customer, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
